What is the studied dose of Cissus. Thinking I need to try it but want to make sure I'm doing it at the right dose.

I'm a huge fan. Have the PB Honey & Oats and the Rich Chocolate PB and both are awesome. The wife likes them too... which is saying a lot.

I literally just tried an Animal snak bar. PB Honey & Oats. Loved it.

Texture, taste were both great. Also love that it uses lots of whole food ingredients.

Personally I'd bump ALCAR up to 1g. That much BA and Creatine both pre and post is overkill. BA is studied at 3.2g, so 1.6 pre and post would be fine if you are set on that.

2) Pausing 2x on the eccentric portion of the squat, and at the bottom, make even moderate weight hell for sets...
