    There 'are' wrong cues and they should all without a doubt be individualized. You cant tell tell several people the exact same cue and expect them to have the same movement pattern.

    I would agree that chest up and sit back are cues that ****ed my squat up for years. I don't remember where I read it but sternum down and tail bone tucked hard helped me create the tension I needed....

    Im pretty skinny at 5'7 155lbs and my 5 rep max is around 195 right now. I'd imagine at 6'0 155lbs you would be ok eating in a larger surplus. Good luck.
