well youve got to remember your traps arent just on your shoulders they go all the way down your back so maybe you should hit your traps on back day from now on....if uve got the time

Well first off i completley dont understand why you would want only a good chest........but heres my routine and its givin me stretch marks so i must be doin somethin right

60 g protein
100 g carbs
only 6 of that is sugar
Low fat but i forget exactly
alot of bcaas includin like 7 g of glutamine
