after rereading this yes its obvious without flexing. im 205 right now and overweight but i can see a "dip" in the fat on one side thaats not there on the other. its pretty significant.

when you say low bodyfat do youo mean that the extra weight only hinders the progress?

strength difference as well due to a injury and a very ****ty desk environment that only amplified the laziness of the one side.
