I think a common problem is people assume that you need to be in the gym for 1-2 hours/day 4-5 times/week to stay fit

I can't find one that I like. I feel most of them are geared towards power lifters and the volume doesn't feel high enough

stick with whole foods if you can. whey protein imo is simply for convenience
