    i always start my weight sessions with 20 mins of HIIT. gets the blood flowing etc, plus if you have beasted it in the gym doing weights you should be exhausted.

    agreed. stick to the weights as this but hammer the HIIT cardio. I have shredded down by skipping. Do a jump rope workout at 4:30 in the morning.
