If you have a problem with droopy bottim half then you need to get stuck into lower body weights such as squats, leg press etc etc that's the only thing that's going to build that muscle.

I'm still trying to crack my squat weight I was at about a month ago before I got sick grrr

I was on the verge of getting sick a few months back I trained anyway and ended up dizzy, out of breath and feeling far worse the next day.
