Question if I cut my calories down to 2150-( 500 Caloric deficit)
If I then burn 400-500 calories doing cardio, will this enable me to eat 2650 for example while maintaining a 500 caloric deficit....

Yeah if you’re gonna continue your cut just keep your protein high and you should be fine. I personally hate losing strength lol. Tough to know when gyms will reopen

I would say roughly 4000 cals a day. Should I cut back down to 174 and go maintenance since I don’t have a real gym , or keep cutting while keeping protein high?
