losing fat is very slow process so calculate how much mail you takes daily naturally then also calculate how much it should take .The continue your balanced diet .
I think loosing fat is a continious process .It is not possible to lose fat in a day but when it starts lossing fat it is automitacally will be continued so I suggestion is to be pataient untill you...
Take balanced diet every day ...... and also do physical exercise regularly .... take a target you will improve your helth by 3 month then it is possible .
