    My Workout (Rips) Rate?

    Before Every Excersize do 1x10 of -20 Regular then 1x8 of -10 for warmup

    Workout A
    3x5 Leg Press
    3x5 Bench Press
    1x5 Deadlift
    2x10 Incline DB Press

    Workout B
    3x5 Squat
