i would guess like 11%, i would bulk like crazy right now for a while till u get as much muscle as youd like to have, then cut to get those abs back and showin
you might get a lil smaller but thats y u lift big weights and hard, to avoid getting small, im 1 wk into my cut and can already see slightly more definition in my abs
