its fine.. there is no real difference that i am aware of.. as long as at the end of the day you have consumed the same amount of calories and macros .. its all good.
depending on your bf. 2pounds per week is fine.. if you really want to be on the safe size.. slower is better.. and i think you know this. as for 10 pounds in 3 weeks... don't see anything wrong with...
ok but how does that make my cutting suck.. if i ate anymore i would not lose weight.. thus i wouldn't be cutting.... durp. not my fault i have to cut at these numbers.. i didn't just make them up...
this doesn't make any sense. i have to add cardio because im not going to eat less then 1500 calories to lose weight. and how does my cutting suck? explain this.
don't say both.. because obviously that's the right answer... but cutting at 1500 and trying to get in 180-200 grams of protein sometimes fails short due to my calorie limit..
