That's not acceptable for the price. I got a Dynamic Fitness rack for less money and everything was in perfect condition. The packaging was also much better.

No, it doesn't store vertically. I had originally wanted that feature, but I don't notice it now because the bench footprint is small enough and it's very easy to move around.

It took about a month from order to delivery. I didn't get the decline attachment.

My Prime bench is a f*&king joy to use everyday. Might be my favorite piece of gym equipment. So easy and quick to adjust, zero noticeable gap, light enough to move around with ease.

That's absolutely something they should swap out. No guarantees the next one will be better or won't have other issues though, it's a bit of the luck of the draw. I'm sure their customer service will...

FT1 here as well. I could upgrade to one of the adjustable arm models, but I'm not going to because the FT1 just works so damn well and has a really small footprint.
