Been lifting heavy for over 34 yrs. Some DOMS here and there but no issues with aches, pains, joints/tendons or trouble recovering.

Never kicked my kids out at 18. Once they finished HS the choice was continue with schooling or get a full time job. I didn't make them pay rent but they were responsible for their own cell phone...
