You might be able to go back to back squats by using a specialty straight squat bar, such as the 1 by Texas Power Bar. Worked for me (but I've kept my SSB, just in case).

I have a couple of bars from Wright Equipment that I really like, especially for the price.

I have a TPB squat bar--the original one, not the new giant one--in cerakote. it has been great. the knurling is pretty aggressive, IMO; just right for back squats. haven't tried pressing with it...

2 caveats: Mine has cerakote, which i am sure fills it in some; and I don't consider myself an expert on barbells. Disclaimers made, I'd say it is mild-to-moderate; perfectly fine for pressing...

You can try out the concept on the cheap by putting some kind of weight in a back pack.

I have 1 of these & use it for all pressing movements. the extra diameter makes a big difference to me. the quality is great and so was the price.

Lots of people deadlift in bare feet or just socks or deadlift slippers. I like Chucks for those. You can lift in anything you want, as noted, & Chucks are hard to beat, + they are hard to beat on...

That's a fair point; I was trying to express that the monos are a substitute for j-hooks but not for anything else, such as safety devices, but did so inartfully.

The mono attachment is the ticket for the lift-off on the bench if you have creaky shoulders, & the walk-out for the squat. But that's all it does.

Probably foam pipe insulation. another option is fat gripz.

You could get an additional frame piece from Rogue & mount it with band pegs, then mount your dip handle to that
