I was clickin through the bodybuilding.com products looking for a good lil somthin to burn some fat and came accross Anorex. I've never heard of it or ever noticed it on the site before. Is it new?...
Yo...What i do is pre cook the night before..I'll broil say 3 skinless boneless (6oz.ea.) chicken breast and 2 6oz. pieces of salmon..lil lime juice on top then with a bamboo steamer steam two racks...
