I used to run 3 miles a day. I've cut that to doing 2 miles every 2 or 3 days once I started weightlifting. There is just no way in hell I could continue running as much as I used to.

I would consider the program I'm on pretty proper. Here's what I do with dumbbells 3 times a week.

Warm up with 30 push ups. I might do another set or 2 depending on how much energy I have....

Which part of the chest do dips with parallel bars emphasize? Can anything be done to make sure more emphasis is put on upper pecs instead of lower pecs?

Warm up with 50 pushups
DB incline bench press 5 x 12
DB lying or bent-over rows 3 x 15
