I want to hit my full body, however i have completely no gas to do it in one session. I used to do squat and bench on the same day and some rdl with my back for an upper lower...

So I've been working now for a year, I've gained over 15lbs. Mostly muscle, some fat for sure.

But with all bad splits

I want to work the same muscle group 2x per week for gains.

However,...

May be water weight and less food intake.
Also may have slightly smaller muscles due to them being healed and no longer inflamed now.

Won't lose contractile tissue in 1 week.

I'd go with the lighter set and after a while if he masters it (15-20 reps max weight for sets) and wants to go further then go for it.

This way also builds a powerful foundation

I've been running pull rest legs push rest repeat for a while, 8-12 rep sets. Nothing crazy with volume, but have made nice progress.

So that's squatting every 5 days. I might throw another rest...
