    Yes, I lost 9 lbs in 6 days. That was actually when I took the pictures in my profile. It was mostly all water wt. I drank 1.5-2 gallons of water, high fat and protein. No carbs or sodium.

    Those last few lbs, I was downing about 1-2 gallons of water/day, cycling carbs and doing 40-60 min of cardio daily. Lots of healthy fats as well.

    Any guess on my body fat might be folks?
