Losing Fat

Frustrated, losing muscle every week

Hi all, I feel as strong as I have ever been but because I am cutting I am losing muscle, I am losing weight, not much fat but to give you an example since 4th May I have lost 4kg of muscle, 4kg!? I have gone from 104kg to 98kg since 4th May and bodyfat dropped 2%. What am I doing wrong?

Come join me at the torture chamber

Just finished a cut. Dropped from 196lbs to 180lbs. I'm looking to bulk for 6 month and will be doing a 3 day full body a week which will be both high intensity and volume. Will be fuelling this with a good surplus and eating good quality food.

What's the most consecutive days you've had the same thing for dinner?

For me it's 8. Went duck hunting with a guy one weekend. We both got our limits both days. A limit is 6. He gave me his ducks. So I had 24. I had 3 grilled bacon wrapped ducks a day for 8 days in a row.
