cheers guys! And yes it is the first time I've been able to see my abs. It was my goal to see them before I did a clean bulk... and admittedly I've slacked off a bit since posting :(

My calories at the moment are:
~1850 calories
P 230
F 55
C 110

They were higher at the beginning but I gradually cut down on carbs.

You're pretty lean but have no definition. It's time to add some muscle - everywhere. It would help with the loose skin you have.
