I found for me that cutting out all added sugar and sugary foods made a big difference to cravings for junk food. might be worth a go.

Good job mate, that weighted plank must be pretty tough, i fall on the floor after 30 seconds with no weight hah.

Thats a good point about how as you get lighter it gets easier, one armed pushups and one legged squats sounds brutal - Probably activates a whole bunch of stabilisers that are hard to hit otherwise...

Its pretty good now mate! glad to have the home gym for sure, when lockdown lifts may still get a gym membership for some other equipment i dont have but good to have.

I really hope so, I have to be honest I have been less strict with the calorie counting...I eat pretty much the same stuff daily anyway ? If no improvement by this weeks weigh in I will go strict on...

Sorry to hear that mate, what crappy timing with the new job..How long have you been working out without a break:? I hear a week of every 12 weeks is recommended to rest and recover and aids growth...
