i probly eat under. i dont count cals when i eat. i gain muscle not fat... dont have a ****in spaz attack cus it sounds like your havin one. im lifting more weight, im getting more muscle.
switch your routine up. work your chest harder than anything else. when your done your last set of whatever youre doing go do pushups till failure. i did all this and my chest started to develop
ive been working out at home since last summer and stopped the past few months ive been on and off. I dont have enough weights at home can only work arms now. im going to start going to a gym soon.
