I don't think I'm ready at all. If I ever do physique I think it's best that I wait at least a year or so. For physique a lower body fat is probably needed.

Well no I'm not going to compete this year. If I do decide to compete it'll be next year. I just want to try get my body fat lower just to see if I can do it really. I love a challenge :)

left picture I'm about 87kg picture on the right I'm about 68kg but started at about 63kg.
Done a few cuts in between too.
