yeah, ive been tryin to bulk, but its not working as well as i thought, i gained 10lbs in 2 weeks, so yeah thats y i lost the diffinition

i barely go below parallel, our coach gets all scared and wont let us, but yeah my legs r abnomally strong for my weight, and age.
i love no-explode as well, i have allready had gains in my weight lifting from just one week, and my veins have been pumped!!!
