    well...i answer this based on my own personal...

    well...i answer this based on my own personal experience. once again go to the gym, lift, eat and then some back in four yrs to talk about genetic limitations.

    to give you an idea if you are already even slightly muscular with low bodyfat percentage at age 14 then its defo a positive indicater for potential muscle growth for the future .
