    Double progression

    Just curious, when programming double progression, why would you program sets+weight or reps+weight?

    Example 1.
    Week 1: 2x6
    Week 2: 3x6
    Week 3: 4x6
    Add weight and reset sets
    Week 4: 2x6
    ...
