    How does my routine look... plz reply

    Do i have enough exercises for my chest? I prefer ramped sets of squats instead of 3-5 sets of same weight.. Anything wrong with my routine for muscle and strength building (mostly muscle)

    So i do 3x5 total on lifts (bench,squat,deadlift) the first 2 sets are moderately heavy then the last set of 5 is at my 5 rep max... Does anyone find this an effective way to progress to heavier...
