i keep things short, much like Laynes 4-6 week bulk, 2 week cut. Same with cutting, 4-6 weeks cutting/2 weeks maint. I have ADD with stuff, so short bursts work better for me.
I prefer gross amounts of protein for satiety reasons. I keep my carbs as high as i can, but with the huge amount of protein they are low by a lot of standards.

cost more in shipping than its worth. I get a similar reaction when i over use milk/yogurt. Im thinking it has to do with a slight caesin allergy. And with a whey protein concentrate its a big hit....
