Way more protein than necessary.

It’s the same anywhere else in the world.
You haven’t seen much then. This question comes up about twice per month.
How strong are you? 5 Rm Bench and squat?
Very popular item in Thailand too.
Haven't noticed any aftertaste by the way. Perhaps because I only buy them if they're fresh.
Maximising MPS takes calories too... You can't maximise it in energy deficit.
yeah forcing to eat is rarely a good idea, agreed.
More people experience an appetite suppressing effect of workouts. I think you're fine.
What you're doing seems to be different. You're eating the remaining calories the next day.
I don't think it's ideal but like I said if you're making progress just keep going.
What time is your...
Looks amazing. And apparently my own super market sells it. Will have to look for it. Thanks.
Your approach doesn't make sense to me.
The way I see it these approached make more sense:
- just eat the same amount of calories every day in order to achieve your desired rate of weight gain....
Well he also said that he was eating enough to gain 2 pounds per month.
Maybe he's one of the people that responds better to higher volume and/or higher rep ranges.
Next time around try gaining only 1-2 pounds per month. It can make a difference with the amount of fat you gain.
Do that in combination with a higher volume lifting program that lets you lift...
Nice list. I think a lot of low fat dairy should be higher on the list. Greek yogurt, quark, skyr etc. Greek yogurt with 10 gram protein per 100 gram is about 59 kcal.
That's about 17 gram protein...
No higher volume means more hard sets per week. For example: If you don't make progress on 6 sets bench press per week you try 12.
Next time try bulking on a higher volume program. Fierce 5 is relatively low volume.
How fast did you bulk? weight gain per month
What is your 5rm bench press now? and squat?
Only one way to find out: try it.
I'd feel lethargic on 500 gram carbs per day.
Weight or muscle? Gaining weight is easy.
If you're eating enough gaining muscle has more to do with your...
I'm curious, do you understand now that there's no need to combine proteins to get a complete AA profile?
These ideas are just outdated and lack scientific support. Perhaps in the general...
Is this what you meant? https://jissn.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12970-014-0054-7
The first part is utter nonsense. The second part can be somewhat true in certain circumstances, for example when you're doing multiple workouts per day.
Are you sure about that? I thought collagen isn't cheap. I thought lysine is usually used for spiking protein powders.
Edit: looks like L-Taurine and/or L-Glycine are used...
