I'm ok with my current condition. Trying a shortened diet span from my usual 20 weeks. Changes should be ramping up and more evident in a couple weeks.
If you want to be in this for the long haul, don't try to do a cardio workout that burns 1000 calories. You'll end up frustrated trying to put on any muscle.
