Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I was wondering if it was a good idea to throw my fish oil caps and/or multis into my fridge or maybe even my freezer.
Yeah, like I said in my first post after I got them, I wouldn;t call them horse pills, and I don't really have trouble getting them down or anything, but I really wouldn't call them easy to swallow....

Actually, both were right! There was a dude that claimed the wholesale price was going up 25%, then the ON rep came out and said it was going up only 7-8%.....but that was retail price!
I actually love drinking my protein! It's the Cytosport Complete Whey in 'cocoa bean' flavor. I would actually agree with tintinet that the Cytosport tastes really great, but is a bit strong.....so...
