Ye I have worked out before from july-november last year then I stopped and now I'm getting back into it again.

Ye I realized that but then I wanna see if there's already a premade one since I'm more of the guy that follows someone else's schedule base on the reviews about it.

Hey guys how would you mix working out at a Gym and doing insanity? Do you guys know any workout schedule that mixes weight training and insanity(Besides p90x/insanity hyrbrid).
