This week, with fewer egg whites and more beef, I have been hitting about 300-350 G protein, 175-200 g carbs and 75-100 g fat.

Got up a bit later today so I’ll target 5 meals again today. Still no whey and no egg whites, no Greek Yogurt so probably going lower carb higher fat unfortunately. Usually fat creeps up around 100 g...
