    5 month transformation

    This is my 5 month transformation and wanted to hear ehat you guys think.
    5 months ago I was 250 lbs
    Now I am 240 lbs
    Note I was also on a cut for the last month and dont have the best diet...

    Although that is true I did lose weight and gain...

    Although that is true I did lose weight and gain muscle when I first started but now I have to do a serious cut Because I cant really see the defenition of almost anything that much.

    What did you mean by increasing your carb intake 3x during the 5 weeks? I'm asking because I'm starting the same diet and didn't know what you mean by that
