Although that is true I did lose weight and gain muscle when I first started but now I have to do a serious cut Because I cant really see the defenition of almost anything that much.
1. I had no strength or mass when started lifting, my squat was like 90 same with bench.
2.I didnt exactly cut to call it one I would cut for 2 weeks thats it and would go back to my matinence cals...
Sorry for the lack of info I put in, I started out at 275 pounds with little to no muscle, now I am 236 pounds and never really cutted before just followed a matinence calorie diet
I have been working out since aabout 7 months ago, I want to ask you guys if I have made good gains or how my progress is

deaflift:350 (started deadlifts this month)...
What did you mean by increasing your carb intake 3x during the 5 weeks? I'm asking because I'm starting the same diet and didn't know what you mean by that
