Your the boss man - thank you so much!
Also reps! Are you serious? 4 days > 6 days? That sounds like such a dream!! How did you structure your U/L if I may ask?
Hey, thanks for the reply!
Would it make sense for me to condense the same volume (In PPL) to ULRULRR? I'm not in it for strength anymore. What pitfalls/disadvantages does this bring? Thanks!
Hello! I was curious if someone was knowledgeable about workout programs and if they can help me optimize it. Just a preface, I have the muscle mass that I want - I am not looking to put on more. If...
Cool, thanks for the advice. When I went 7g+, my body felt very tense. Hard to explain. But I’ll try to keep it to 2-4g. Thanks for the advice buddy!
Yeah man, honestly I can eat meat forever lol
I generally try to get 1g/lb. Worst case scenario .83/lb. I also try to maintain 1g/lb-ish just for the occasions I go out with friends/coworkers I'm not super anal about hitting my pro macro.
This is the answer I was looking for. I try to track and reduce my sodium for a week and see how my lifts do. Thanks for the reply!
Interesting. I do need to re-evaluate my diet though. Been eating alot of quick/processed stuff for lunch. I still get plenty of veggies/nutritious foods in, but your right.
Well, I eat deli meat a lot and I weight 200-205lbs right now. I try to get around 200g pro/day. All that deli meat, cottage cheese, ect adds up.
For example; 4oz of chicken brings 100mg shy of...
Positive man. I don't really cook too much and I eat a lot of sliced chicken/ham (packaged). Breads. Cereals. But yup I eat that much lol. I do drink over a gallon of water a day though even though...
I eat 6-8g on a daily basis. I do also drink a lot of water.
Would this affect my body composition negativity (abdominals) and/or would it beneficial cutting my sodium to 2-4g? I'm still in the...
Currently on a cut; trying to make this short and sweet. Looking to hear thoughts. Symptoms:
Don’t remember when I took a deload
Intensity has been shot
No strength progression\regression ...
Thanks for the input brother!
Based on experience whenever I deload on a cut, my strength drops (but slowly climbs back to where it was). I haven't deloaded at all in my lifting career. I'm...
I think your right. I push myself to the same standard everyday. I'll continue to PPLPPLx and if a day I'm not feeling it, I'll rest. Thanks!
Hey guys,
I've asked the community on Reddit and nobody seemed to know the answer. LD;TR I'm on a cut and used to massive volume. I like the volume, but it's starting to become very hard to...
As long as your feeling like your recovering fine, go for it. x2-x3 frequency is optimal, but I'd rather you follow a structured program.
It's fairly impossible to exactly figure out your bodyfat % alone. You can get a dexa scan to find the exact number; but imho it's futile because everyone looks different at different bodyfat...
Just looking for other's experiences who are tall (6 foot+)
Why is it that the lifts that gave me the better leverage for being tall - specifically the deadlift - drop SUBSTANTIALLY the leaner I...
