I realize this reply is late but yes I'm pleased with them. The knurl is nice and not overly aggressive for db handles. The finish is good and don't see it being a problem in the future.

Titan CS is pretty good for the most part. I've never had any issues. They are putting out a lot of equipment for the 2x2 racks which is awesome.

I'd say those welds are about on par for Titan. Maybe slightly worse than normal but not surprising.
