This! My wife and I both have them. They help. Especially if you're consistent. Wear them every warmup or while making dinner or something.

I like mine and wife wife really loves it. I will say though for $400 I think its over priced. $200-250 would be more reasonable.

This thread made me finally pull the trigger on a couple Mag grips. I went with the narrow pro and narrow sup. I'll probably add the medium pro and sup next if these ones workout.
