ok i change classes this thursday and in gym class we will be working out on mon. wed. and fri. and thats ok for me cause thats when i workout, but i have a split push/legs/pull and i'm not sure if...
so i know now i shouldn't go till failure on each set ...so for example if i could bench hmm like 120lbs 10 times and its the first set and its hard and i struggle with the 10th rep, i should lower...
for exam. on benchpress i always do 3x10 and on every set the 6th rep is hard and i barely make 10....should i be training that hard ? or should i use like 50-75% of 1rep max?
i have 6meal and i have 1 in the morning(breakfast) and then i have school from 7:10am-3:50pm (7:10am-8:00am bus ride) (3:00pm-3:50pm bus ride) and my lunch really aint a meal (school lunches suck)...
i need help with a cutting diet and right now i'm at 21-22% bf and i wanna get down to around 8-12%bf...i know i should start doing cardio and i start gym class at school next week so that might help...
