so before/after mesaurements prettu much arms 17' to 17.75' ???? pretty good stats man, i would love to get another .75 on my arms... i start tomorrow... looks like this....

nice, yeah im right under 17, cold but flexed in the morning. So im excited to see what i can do, i want to get my arm size up because my arms are smaller then my frame.
