Lots of foam rolling and leg/hip stretching keep it in check. I just cant get lazy and stop those things sadly its a forever thing. They said if it stays bad enough i can get the surgery if i want....
400- yeah I paid for that workout. But it’s worth it. Feels good to be squatting again. It’s been an insane week at work. Still got the workouts in but posting had to take a break.
Oh man you are busy. Postponing an actual program is smart. I bet all the extra stuff your up to didn’t help the squats either. Recovery could be down especially if you are feeling a cold.

I think 80% of the country got crushed and most of it was places that normally don’t see that much. Should make for some fun climbing and awesome views. Might even deter the animals as well.

Well I guess the ER trip went well if your back to lifting. Great to see the workout went well. Smart skipping the rows. That always puts extra stress on my back.
