Like sowilson said; see a doc. I have pain and slackness in my knee, which turned out to be a torn acl, kinked pcl and some cartilage issues. But I'm an idiot and ignored it for years
I've been doing low bar squats for a few months and I've started to experience some knee pain.
I have read that by squatting low bar, I can still squat reasonably well without gear of doing more...
Just ease back into it. When I have a break and struggle getting motivation to go back, I'll just do 30 minute workouts and start going longer until I'm back to doing full workouts again
I quit and it was for the better. I played some cod for 15 minutes today and legit felt bad because I could have been doing something else. But whatever works for you bro
