If you want a big/strong chest you have to do flat bench. I would also drop flies, a useless workout in my opinion and do dumbbell crossovers and/or cable crossovers instead.
I'm 5'11, 208LB, and bulking right now. I want to bulk up to 15-16% BF or 225LB, whichever comes first. I'm not really sure what I'm at right now, it'd be great to get an estimate, thanks.

As long as you dry them with a towel as soon as you're finished washing them they shouldn't rust. I cleaned up my ivankos about a month ago, and they're fine.
