If u are going the milk route (instead of greek yogurt or cottage cheese), and 1-2 tsp of xanthan gum with the milk and whey in a blender. Thickens it up nicely, and no freezing required!

Citrulline is the BOMB; I add extra to whatever pwo I'm currently running. I have a 5gm scooper and just use that, but studies have shown 6-8gms optimal!!

Drop the supps and you're good to go! Focus on a calorie deficit, clean eating, killer HIIT cardio/strength training sessions, increased protein intake, one high cal refeed/week!
