People do look like that when proper diet and training is put in action.. if not better.

Anyone else get a sore back from doing chest weights?? When i say sore back i mean in between the shoulder blades? ( not injury sore )

My body was very similar to your pic you have now ( prob not as defined abbs though ) and my chest was stunted because i wasnt keeping my shoulder...

I've never used them mainly because im still getting good gains with full ROM
I think its cool for chicks to lift weights because it defines the body and helps tighten up their bodies... its just not cool when they dont do enough cardio to keep the muscles toned and defined......
I do my abbs once to twice a week and have had awesome results! Your abbs are just like any other muscle. You need to smash them and give them time to repair. I hear about these people who train them...

If your feat are coming together it means your inner leg muscles are weak!
