Mostly. Took a few months to do certain exercises though.

I just let pain be my guide. If it was just mild, and felt ok when it was warmed up i'd do that exercise. If it really hurt i'd not do it....

Takes forever to heal. I've been through it.

Had to work around it. EZ bar for curls.

Also for things like chin ups, make sure you put something under your outer fingers. That takes the...

Junk getting in the way of BB shrugs

Of course. Stuff like pull ups, chin ups, push ups etc will build muscle. But it can't be the only thing.

Squeeze your shoulders back and your lats together when you have your hands on the bars, then start. Doing that takes some of the loads of the shoulders. Worked well for me.

Although I can do pull ups fairly easily I do start to struggle with the last 10% of so of the movement as fatigue sets in. The last portion of the movement, getting my head up past the bar. What...

Doing more push ups at home now the gyms are closed, but i’m feeling it more in my shoulders than my chest.

What do i need to do to shift the focus onto my chest, and not my front delts?

I've been lucky in that it didn't effect my chest workouts, cause I use dumbells anyway. And only noticed it slightly on tricep pushdowns when I first hurt it. I can do them now and not really feel...

If I was to do it over again the first thing I would do is take the anti-inflams, rest it for a couple of weeks and stop...

I've been struggling with it. But it's slowly getting better. Barbell curls are the worst for it. Stopped doing them and switched to an EZ bar which feels ok. Chins and pull ups aren't great for it...
