Im 28 years old, when i was like 16 i was 100kg i lost alot.

But now im 172cm tall and 77kg

Im skinmy fat looking.

Is it ok having a burger after losing 2kgs and 1 and a half week strict caloric deficit?

Then get back on track again tomorrow?

So im 172cm and 79kg

Im on 1800kcal 140g protein 165g carbs 60 fat

I lost 1.5kg in one week so thats good

But alot of it is water and i feel like ****.

I dont feel sick but just...

So im skinny fat and was rhinking. Is it ok once a week to buy some Salmon Sashimi as a “snack” becauee salmon is high in protein and fats i could remove 3-400kcal of protien/fats that i eat that day...
