Looking awesome! Conditioning looks right on schedule... Perhaps for ab thigh pose try bringing elbows in and for front double bi elbows up higher... see if your poses might look even better that way

Haha thanks... I think i will get as big as i can, the skys the limit... I am a natural bodybuilder and i dieted down for 12 weeks for the show, but 12 hard weeks; i think i will leave myself 16 next...
