One of the items I consider a luxury that I won't replace is a stand alone dip station. My IM bench rolls between the base and stands up fine so they don't take up any extra room having both.

I alternate my mech monos for bench and squat and don't see any issue moving them even though they're swing in. They're built great but certainly not a problem moving - takes all of about 20-30...

It's a lat pulldown, that's just to rest the bar on when not in use. They are not made to hold body weight or be used for pull ups.

Having the bar resting on that when not in use takes some of...

Looks like a lighter version knock off of the Kabuki Kadillac bar. I do like the option to use it as a cable attachment but it would be pretty bulky to hook up in my opinion

Are you looking budget to save money or because it's all you can afford? I'd recommend looking for something used that's better than the one you listed.

I'm always apprehensive mixing the terms...
