I have a small frame as well and the bar is very comfortable.

They will ship to Canada. I bought mine in July 2019. They said it was the first one they shipped to Canada. I used crossborderpickups.ca to take care of the shipping from across the border.

It was packaged with cardboard and plastic wrap. It wasn't packaged as good as Mech wraps his stuff but it arrived undamaged

They have a location that the item gets shipped to then they bring it over the border to their warehouse where you go pick it up. I think the shipping cost was under $100 but I did have to pay taxes...

i've used crossboarderpickups.ca a bunch of times without any problems. Had Matt at marrs bar ship it without the pallet so shipping charges would be a bit less

You could try contacting Northern Lights and see if there are any retailers near you who sell their interlocking mats. They connect great and had a very light odor that was gone quickly.

Don't feel to bad, I haven't used mine either. Wasn't really looking for a belt squat but didn't want to miss out in case I wanted one down the road.
